Board-ready log

Generate the licensure log you submit to the BBS, and send the Experience Verification for signature.

The Board-Ready Licensure Log is the primary document you hand to the California BBS when you apply for licensure. Unlike the progress report, it includes only approved hours — events your supervisor has signed off on, or events under a relationship configured to require no approval. Generate it from Reports.

Generate your board-ready log

Set the scope, then download:

  • From and To — the date range. It starts at the BBS six-year window, because the board only credits hours earned in the last six years. Narrow or widen it as needed.
  • Supervisor and Category — filter to a specific supervisor or category. Wrapping up with one supervisor? Filter to just them and the dates you worked together.

Select Download to produce the log.

The subscription gate

During your trial, the board log downloads as a watermarked draft marked "not for board submission." To get the clean, official PDF you can submit, start your paid subscription. You'll need a payment method on file first; add one from your subscription page, then come back.

The draft is genuinely useful for checking your log before you commit — it's the same content, just watermarked.

Experience Verification

The Official BBS Experience Verification is the BBS form your supervisor signs. From Reports, choose a supervisor and Send for supervisor signature. Licentio fills the official form with your verified hours and sends it to that supervisor to sign electronically. Your sent verifications are listed so you can track them.

As Licentio notes on this screen, the Board accepts a typed-name attestation in place of a printed signature, so your supervisor can complete it electronically without printing anything.

Gotchas

Only approved hours make it onto your board log. If hours you expect are missing, they're probably still awaiting your supervisor's approval. Clear your approvals and your validation issues before you treat the log as final.
  • The draft is watermarked until you subscribe. Don't submit a watermarked draft to the board. Start your subscription to unlock the official PDF.
  • Mind the six-year window. Hours older than six years aren't credited, which is why the range starts there. If you have older hours, understand they won't count.
  • Filter by supervisor when a placement ends. Generating a log scoped to one supervisor and your dates together gives you a clean record for that relationship.

FAQ

Why are some of my hours missing from the board log? The board log includes only approved hours within the six-year window. Unapproved hours and hours older than six years don't appear. Get pending hours verified first.

My log has a watermark. How do I remove it? Start your paid subscription. The watermark marks a trial draft; subscribing unlocks the official, submittable PDF.

What's the Experience Verification, and how is it different from the log? The board-ready log is your record of hours. The Experience Verification is the official BBS form your supervisor signs to attest to them. You send it to your supervisor from Reports; they sign electronically.

Does my supervisor need to print and sign? No. The Board accepts a typed-name attestation, so your supervisor signs electronically.
