Generate the Experience Verification you submit to the BBS, the hours logs that back it up, a progress report, and a raw export of your data.
When it's time to check in on where you stand, or to apply for licensure, Licentio turns your logged experience into documents. The Reports page separates the one you submit from the ones you keep: Submit to the board holds the official BBS Experience Verification; Your records holds the working documents for you and your supervisor.
- Progress report — a snapshot of your totals, categories, and projected completion, for self-tracking.
- Experience Verification — the official BBS form, filled with your approved hours and sent to your supervisor to sign electronically.
- Hours logs — the Detailed Hours Log and the Weekly Log, the itemized records behind your Verification.
- Export your data — a CSV or JSON of your event log to keep or use elsewhere.
If you've kept your log clean, your supervisor's approvals current, and your weekly logs signed, generating these is a matter of exporting, not reconstructing.
