Export your data

Download your event log as CSV or JSON, filtered however you like.

Export lets you take everything you've logged with you. It's your raw event data, not a board document — useful for backups, working with the numbers in a spreadsheet, or moving your record somewhere else. Open it from the navigation.

Download an export

Pick a format and, if you want, narrow the scope:

  • FiltersFrom and To dates, Category, Supervisor, and Approval status. A filtered export includes only the events that match.
  • FormatDownload CSV for spreadsheets, or Download JSON for a structured copy.

Each download bundles your event log with the supervisor and category for every event and the compliance verdict from your active pathway. Generation date, your account, and your active pathway are included as metadata.

Export vs. board log vs. account export

Three different downloads, three purposes:

  • Export (this page) — your event data as CSV or JSON, filterable, for your own use.
  • Board-ready log — the formatted PDF you submit to the BBS.
  • Download your data (under Settings → Your data) — a complete JSON copy of your entire account, including your audit log.

Gotchas

  • This isn't your board submission. The BBS wants the formatted board-ready log, not a raw CSV. Use this export for your own records and analysis.
  • Filters carry into the file. If you set a supervisor or approval-status filter, the export contains only those events. Clear filters for the complete set.

FAQ

What format should I choose? CSV opens cleanly in a spreadsheet. JSON keeps the full structure for another tool. Pick what your destination needs.

Does the export include unapproved hours? It includes whatever matches your filters. Use the Approval status filter to include or exclude pending events.

How is this different from "Download your data" in Settings? This export is your event log, filterable, as CSV or JSON. The Settings export is a complete account copy — profile, registrations, relationships, credentials, and audit log — as a single JSON file.
