Emails you'll receive
Licentio emails you for specific, useful moments — never for noise. This is the full catalog, grouped by topic, so nothing in your inbox is a mystery. You control which non-essential ones you get under Notifications and privacy; the account-critical ones always send.
Signing in and your account
- Verification code — your one-time code for signing in or creating an account.
- Password reset code — when you ask to reset your password.
- Account already exists — if you try to create an account with an email that's already registered, a heads-up pointing you to sign in.
- No account found — if you request a sign-in code for an email with no account, a note so you're not left waiting on a code that isn't coming.
These are security-related and always send, regardless of your preferences.
Supervision
- Supervisor invitation — sent to a supervisor when an associate adds them, with a link to accept or decline.
- Approval request — sent to a supervisor when a supervisee logs an event that's waiting on their decision. It links straight to the review.
- Approval decision — sent to an associate when a supervisor approves or rejects an event. A rejection includes the supervisor's reason.
- Signature request — sent to a supervisor when a relationship wraps up and they need to sign off on the supervised-hours record.
- Experience verification request — sent to a supervisor when an associate asks them to verify their record on the official BBS form.
See Approving and signing from email for how the action links in these work.
Credentials
- Credential renewal reminder — sent to a supervisor 90, 30, and 7 days before a supervisor credential is set to expire, so approvals never lapse unexpectedly.
Your account lifecycle
- Welcome and onboarding sequence — a short welcome when you join, a nudge the day after you sign up, a first-week recap, and a mid-trial check-in.
- Trial and billing notices — your trial-enrollment confirmation, a note if your trial lapses, and notice of any material change to your subscription terms.
- Licensure congratulations — a note when you reach licensure.
- Support confirmation — a receipt when you send a message through in-app support.
Gotchas
- Security and billing emails can't be turned off. Sign-in codes, password resets, trial-expiration notices, and policy notices always send. That's by design — they protect your account and your access.
- Check spam if a code is missing. Verification and reset codes are the emails people most often miss. Add Licentio to your contacts so they land reliably.
