Account and billing

Everything about your account lives under Settings: your profile and license details, how you sign in, which emails you receive, your privacy choices, and your subscription.

• Your profile — your display name, email, supervisor credentials, and past licensure.
• Sign-in and security — sign-in methods, password, and connected accounts.
• Notifications and privacy — choose which emails you get and manage your data.
• Your trial and subscription — how the trial works, adding a payment method, and managing billing.

Settings also has Contact support and About tiles, and a Workspaces tile for turning on your Independent workspace, starting an organization, and leaving organizations you belong to. See Workspaces. The Workplaces item in the sidebar is separate: it's where associates record each employer for the BBS Experience Verification. See Experience Verification.
