Progress report
The Progress Report is a snapshot of where you stand: your supervised-hour totals, category breakdowns, and projected completion date. It's for self-tracking and for sharing with your supervisor mid-cycle, not for handing to the board.
Generate it
You can download it two ways:
- From Reports, select Download progress report.
- From Progress, select Download progress PDF.
Both produce the same working snapshot.
What's in it
The report reflects every event you've logged, including hours still awaiting approval. That's what makes it useful for a mid-cycle check-in: it shows your full picture, not just what's been signed off.
Gotchas
- Don't confuse it with your board log. The Progress Report counts pending hours; your board-ready log counts only approved ones. The two totals can differ, and that's expected.
- It's a point-in-time snapshot. It reflects your data at the moment you generate it. Re-download after you've logged or had hours approved.
FAQ
Can I send the Progress Report to the BBS? No. It's a working snapshot that includes unapproved hours. The document you submit is the board-ready log.
Why is my Progress Report total higher than my board-ready log total? The Progress Report includes hours awaiting approval; the board-ready log includes only approved hours. Get your pending hours verified and the gap closes.
Can I share it with my supervisor? Yes. It's built for exactly that — a mid-cycle picture you can review together.
