Read your organization dashboard, act on what needs attention, and see where every associate stands toward licensure.

Your organization's dashboard and Progress page answer the questions a Director, Manager, or Auditor actually has: who is behind, who has gone quiet, which supervisor is stretched, and what to do about it. Everything here is computed from each associate's own record with the same compliance engine that powers their dashboard, so the number you see is the number they see.

The dashboard

Welcome back, Name opens with a subtitle for your role. Directors, Managers, and Auditors then see, in order:

Needs attention

The top of the list, ranked by severity: Time-sensitive, Worth a look, or Heads-up. Each item states what Licentio noticed and what usually helps. The rules that produce items:

An associate whose projected completion lands after their registration expires (Time-sensitive).
An associate with no logged hours for more than three weeks and work still to do.
An associate whose pathway has too little history to project a pace yet.
A supervisor over the individual/triadic caseload cap (Time-sensitive), or with unsigned weeks, or with approvals waiting more than 14 days.
A supervisor credential that has expired (Time-sensitive) or expires within 90 days.
An invitation that expired, or has sat unanswered for a week (shown only to roles that manage members).

Below the items, two counts summarize the roll-up: pathways tracking behind their registration deadline, and pathways with hours that need a second look. Review team progress opens the full roster. When there's nothing to flag, the card says so.

Team progress

Three tiles and a bar. Associates is the headcount of active associates (former members retained are noted). On pace counts pathways whose projection lands before their registration expiry, out of all pathways being tracked; pathways with too little history to project are called out separately. Ready to apply counts pathways whose logged experience clears every rule. Progress distribution buckets each pathway into Under 25%, 25–49%, 50–74%, 75–99%, and Complete.

Counts are per pathway, not per associate. An associate pursuing two licenses appears twice, because those are two separate answers.

Associates

A snapshot of up to five current associates, least far along first, each with their pathway, completion percentage, and On pace or Behind. View all opens the roster.

Directors and Managers also see Accounts (members, pending invitations, billable seats, with Manage members), and Directors see Plan and seats (your subscription at a glance, with View billing or Start organization plan).

Until someone holds the Associate role, the progress cards are replaced by No associates yet with an Invite an associate shortcut, and the Progress item is hidden from the sidebar. Team progress follows associates because they're the ones tracking hours.

The Progress page

Team progress lists every current associate with:

Associate — name, email, and the supervisors connected to them through your organization (or No supervisor linked here).
Progress — a bar and percentage per pathway.
Qualifying hours — logged toward the requirement, for example "74.5 of 3,000."
Pace — On pace, Behind, or Not yet clear.
Projected completion — a date, Building a pace while there's too little history, or Not projected yet.
Last activity — the date of their most recent logged hours.

Use Sort by to order by name, progress (least first), pace (behind first), last activity (oldest first), or projected completion (latest first). Select an associate to open their detail.

Former associates, below, keeps people who have left. As the page says, you keep access to the work they did while they were members, and their figures stopped moving on their last day; each row is marked Figures frozen as of date.

How pace is decided

Pace is measured against the associate's registration expiry, the one real deadline the domain has:

On pace — nothing left to accrue, or the projected completion date lands on or before the registration's expiration.
Behind — the projected date lands after it.
Not yet clear — Licentio won't project until there are at least four weeks with logged hours in the recent record, or the pathway states no hour requirement, or no registration expiry is on file. This is deliberate: a confident "on pace" for someone it can't actually project is the false reassurance this product guards against.

The projection averages the recent weeks that have hours. Someone who logged steadily and then stopped keeps their pace for a while; Last activity is how you catch that.

An associate's detail

Opening an associate shows their status, last activity, connected supervisors, and one card per pathway: Progress, Qualifying hours, Weekly pace, Projected completion, the registration expiry, a readiness badge (Needs attention, In progress, or Ready to apply), and how many items need attention on their own validation page.

Below that, what you see depends on your role:

Directors and Managers see Supervision sessions: the date, duration, category, and supervisor of each session logged under connected supervision within your visibility window. Session notes are never shown.
Auditors see Totals only: "Your role covers licensure progress and compliance totals. Session-level detail stays with the supervisors and directors who review the work."

Gotchas

Progress figures are each associate's own totals. They include hours earned before the associate joined you and hours under supervision outside your organization, because "how far along is this person" is their math, not yours. Session-level detail, by contrast, is limited to what you've connected and its visibility window. Don't expect the sessions you can see to add up to the progress bar.

"Not yet clear" is not "behind." It means Licentio doesn't have enough history to say. Nudge the associate to log, then check back.
A quiet associate looks fine longer than they should. The pace projection follows weeks with data. If Last activity is weeks old, treat a healthy pace with suspicion.
No supervisor next to a name is a setup gap. It means no supervision is connected to your organization for that associate. See Connect supervision.

FAQ

Why does an associate's percentage differ from what they told me? It shouldn't; the organization runs the same engine over the same record. If they're reading a different number, one of you may be looking at their Progress page (qualifying hours) and the other at a document that prints only approved hours. Ask which page they're on.

Why does a former associate still appear? Because their record while they were a member is yours to keep for audit and close-out. Their figures froze on their last day and nothing after it is visible.

Can I see how many hours are still awaiting supervisor approval? Per supervisor, yes: Supervisors shows pending approvals and their age. See Supervisor workload and team events.
