Reports and exports
Reports turns what your dashboard shows into documents: a printable team compliance report for an auditor, and CSV or JSON exports for a spreadsheet. Open it from the organization sidebar. Directors, Managers, and Auditors see the team sections; associates who open the page see their own board documents instead.
Team summary
The top of the page repeats Team progress exactly as the dashboard shows it, followed by Supervisor utilization: active supervisors (and how many are over the cap), approvals pending (and how many have waited over 14 days), and unsigned weeks, with a link to See the full workload.
Download
Every download is recorded in your audit trail, so you can always show what left and when. Four downloads are available:
| Download | What's in it | Formats |
|---|---|---|
| Team compliance report | A printable summary of team progress, pace, and supervisor utilization. The document to hand to an auditor. | |
| Associate progress | One row per associate and pathway: hours, pace, projected completion, readiness, last activity, connected supervisors, membership status. Former members appear within their membership window. | CSV, JSON |
| Supervisor workload | One row per supervisor: caseload against the cap, pending approvals, unsigned weeks. | CSV, JSON |
| Session records | The itemized log of sessions your organization can see, with associate, supervisor, category, and duration. Set From and Through to scope the range. Directors and Managers only. | CSV, JSON |
Session exports cover the 8,000 most recent sessions in your range. If yours is longer, the file name says partial; narrow the dates to get the rest.
The page states its own rule, and it's the one to remember: exports carry only what your role lets you see. Session records stop at your organization's window and never run past the day a member left. Progress figures are each associate's own totals toward licensure, so they include hours earned before they joined you or alongside other work.
Gotchas
- Session records exclude notes. The export is the same disclosure as the Events page, with a longer half-life. Handle the file accordingly.
- Every download leaves a trace. Auditors and Directors can see Team data was exported in the audit trail. That's a feature, and it's worth knowing before you export casually.
FAQ
Which file do I give an auditor? The Team compliance report PDF. It's built for exactly that.
Why doesn't the sessions export match an associate's progress? Sessions are limited to your visibility window; progress is the associate's whole record. See Team progress.
Can an Auditor export session records? No. Auditors export progress and workload; session records need session-level visibility, which Auditors don't hold.
I'm an associate. What do I see on this page?Your own records: your own board documents, the Experience Verification, progress report, and hours logs, exactly as on the Reports page in the Independent workspace.
