Your profile

Update your display name, review your licensure setup, and find your archived record.

Your profile is a snapshot of your account and licensure setup. Reach it from Settings → Profile.

Your details

  • Display name — how you appear across Licentio. Update it any time and select Save changes.
  • Email address — shown here, but changing it goes through support so the new address can be verified. Email support@licent.io to change it.

Your licensure setup

Your profile also summarizes the licensure details that define your account. What you see depends on your role:

  • As an associate, your pathway and registration. The full controls live on Your pathway.
  • As a supervisor, your supervisor credentials, with a link to manage them. See Your credential.

Your archived record

Once you're licensed, your supervised-experience record moves to Past licensure under Settings. It keeps your pathway, vintage, graduation date, supervisors, and total qualifying hours, and lets you download your board log PDF or an achievement card any time. Your record stays available even after you've crossed the finish line.

Gotchas

  • Email changes aren't self-serve on purpose. Your email is your sign-in and where board-critical messages go, so a change is verified through support rather than changed on a whim.
  • Your display name isn't your legal name for the board. The name on your board-ready log and attestations comes from your licensure record, not necessarily your display name. Keep both accurate.

How do I change my email address? Contact support@licent.io. Email changes are verified rather than changed directly, to protect your account.

Where did my record go after I got licensed? To Past licensure under Settings. You can download your board log there any time.
